Weather blog: Early season snow out East... and maybe for us by month's end?
Parts of Vermont’s Green Mountains and New York’s Adirondacks received accumulating snow Friday as a Nor’easter swept across New England. Some other snowfall totals reported to the National Weather Service in Burlington, Vt., included 7 inches at Mount Mansfield, Vt., and 4 inches at Lake Placid, N.Y.
